Ayra Starr Laughs Off Rumors of Roc Nation Ban on Dating and Family

Nigerian music star Ayra Starr has reacted to viral claims that her Roc Nation contract bars her from having a boyfriend or starting a family. In a playful response that quickly went viral, the singer laughed off the rumors.
A circulating video had shown a content creator reading alleged clauses from her Roc Nation deal, claiming it forbids relationships, family life, and collaborations without label approval, while demanding full control over her image and posts.
Responding on social media, Ayra Starr joked, “Are you guys sure I know about this contract?”—a remark that left fans amused and relieved.
Though the actual terms of her deal remain private, Ayra Starr has shown no signs of restriction. She recently dropped a new single, Hot Body, collaborated with Wizkid on Gimme Dat, and is currently on tour with Coldplay, lighting up stadiums with her signature energy and style.
