Panic in Tse-Anundu as Armed Fulani Herdsmen Attack, Kill One and Abduct Woman

There is growing panic in Tse-Anundu, a community in Guma Local Government Area of Benue State, following a violent Armed Fulani Herdsmen Attack that left one person dead and a woman abducted during a late-night raid on Friday.
Eyewitnesses confirmed that the attackers, believed to be armed Fulani herdsmen, invaded the village under the cover of darkness. One resident was killed on the spot while a woman was taken away by the assailants. The identity of the deceased victim has not been officially released.
The Armed Fulani Attack triggered mass panic, forcing residents to flee their homes in fear of further violence. Several houses were abandoned overnight as locals anticipated another wave of assault. The atmosphere in the village remains tense, with mourning and uncertainty hanging over the community.
In response to the attack, local leaders have called for immediate government intervention, including increased security deployment to the troubled area.
As of the time of filing this report, neither the police nor the Benue State government has issued an official statement regarding the Armed Fulani Herdsmen Attack in Tse-Anundu.
