SARA BY WEMA, in partnership with the Enterprise Development Centre (EDC) and MasterCard Foundation, introduces a groundbreaking initiative to empower Nigerian youths, particularly young female entrepreneurs, by providing them with essential entrepreneurial and management skills.
About the Program
The Transforming Nigerian Youths Program is designed to support and train aspiring young Nigerian entrepreneurs, with a special focus on women aged 18–35. This initiative offers enterprise training, access to grants, market opportunities, and personalized mentoring to equip participants with the resources and knowledge needed to thrive in today’s dynamic business environment.
Key Features
- Flexible Training Modules
Participants will undergo a 15-day self-paced virtual training program, complemented by interactive workshops and seminars, to develop critical business skills and apply the knowledge effectively. - Pitchathon Event
The program culminates in a pitchathon, where participants will present their innovative business ideas to a panel of judges. This event provides valuable feedback and the opportunity to win grants or secure additional mentorship and funding from attending investors.
