Baderinwa Applauds Airforce Logistics Command For Exceptional Treatment Of Lagos Corps Members

State Coordinator NYSC Lagos, Mrs Yetunde Baderinwa, has commended the Air Officer Commanding, Nigerian Airforce Logistics Command, Ikeja, Air Vice Marshal AY Abdullahi, and the entire formation for its good treatment to Corps Members posted to the Command.

Mrs Baderinwa gave the commendation when she paid a working visit to the command on Thursday, reiterating that she feels at ease relating with the Command because of the longstanding relationship with the Command.

Speaking on the accommodation issue for Corps Members, she urged the Command to look beyond providing accommodation for the medical Corps Members, by looking for ways to accommodate the non-medical corps memebers.

Responding, the Air Officer Commanding, Airport Logistics Command, Ikeja, Air Vice Marshal AY Abdullahi, appreciated the State Coordinator for visiting the Command. The AOC who revealed that the State Coordinator is a friend of the Force, promised that the matters of the Corps Members would be looked into.

Air Vice Marshal Abdullah stated that the Command is blessed with a Teaching Hospital, which it takes pride in, and would love to be serviced by Corps Members but that it is challenged by Space and more accommodation which the Command is already looking into.

He stated that the leadership sees Corps Members as their children, who must be catered for no matter how minute, and that it won’t default to training them, whose experience would make them better and someday feel nostalgic.

He pledged that the Force would maintain a stable relationship between the two organizations.
