2Baba Announces New Management Team to Usher in Fresh Chapter of His Career

Legendary Nigerian singer Innocent Ujah Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba, has unveiled a new management team as part of a major transition in his decades-long music career.
The music icon made the announcement via Instagram, sharing a joint press release from his team. The statement celebrated 2Baba’s enduring impact on the Nigerian and African music scene, noting that he has redefined Afro-pop and inspired generations of artists over the past 30 years.
“We are pleased to officially announce a major chapter in the legendary career of Nigerian music icon, Innocent Ujah Idibia, known as 2Baba,” the statement read.

According to the statement, the newly assembled team will oversee all aspects of 2Baba’s career—from music releases and brand partnerships to global collaborations and creative ventures.
With a career spanning more than three decades, 2Baba remains one of Nigeria’s most respected musicians, known not only for his timeless hits like African Queen but also for his advocacy work and pan-African appeal.
Speaking on the development, 2Baba expressed excitement about the new direction.
