100-level student allegedly passes away after catching girlfriend cheating

A 100-level student of the University of Education, Winneba (UEW), has tragically ended his life after reportedly catching his girlfriend in bed with another man.
According to multiple reports, the young man unexpectedly visited his girlfriend’s hostel, only to find her in a compromising situation with another male student. Shocked and devastated by the discovery, he reportedly fainted on the spot and had to be carried back to his hostel.
Tragically, the emotional toll proved too much for him to bear. He allegedly took his own life by hanging shortly after the incident.
A viral video circulating on social media shows university officials and police officers removing his body from the hostel premises, as investigations into the incident continue.
Reactions online have been a mix of grief, shock, and harsh criticism. While many mourn the loss, others have described his action as an avoidable tragedy, urging young people to seek emotional support during difficult moments rather than resorting to self-harm.
The university is yet to release an official statement on the incident. Meanwhile, the Ghana Police Service has begun a full investigation into the circumstances surrounding the student’s death.

Unable to bear the pain, he took the coward lane. Yes. Sad but he’s a coward for this. God forgive us all.
