Pastor John Anosike recently delivered a striking prophecy about Nigerian singer Davido during a sermon.
He said, “There is a young man in my country known for his music. He’s a young boy, jumping, singing, all kinds of things, dancing this way. But that one, God has poured oil on him. He calls him my servant. This is my first time speaking publicly. His name is Davido. God said, for he is my servant. For he shall be president of Nigeria and he shall unite the country.”
The pastor went on to describe a spiritual vision, saying, “In the spirit, I saw him knelt before Jesus, and the Lord took a jar of oil and poured it on his head, then declared to me that he has been appointed to unite the country and bring economic freedom. The first instruction was that he shall unite the country, yet he’s a secular musician.”
Despite Davido’s current image as an energetic secular artist, Pastor Anosike emphasized that God has chosen him for a higher purpose — to lead Nigeria and bring unity and prosperity to the nation. This prophecy has since generated widespread discussion among fans and followers.
