Pamtech Group has announced that Mr. Somiari Lucky and Ms. Juliet Ibekwe are no longer employees or representatives of the company.
In a public notice released on April 14, the firm stated that both individuals have been officially disengaged and are no longer authorized to act, negotiate, or carry out any business on behalf of Pamtech Media Ltd or Pamtech Group.
The company warned that any dealings with the former staff are strictly personal and that it will not be held responsible for any agreements or commitments made by them going forward. It also cautioned against any unauthorized use of its name or brand.
Pamtech Group advised clients and the general public to verify all transactions through its official channels and to ensure that payments are made only to approved company accounts.
The company added that anyone who chooses to engage with the individuals does so at their own risk.
Pamtech Group reaffirmed its commitment to professionalism and thanked its clients and partners for their continued support.
