Nwede Congratulates APC Leader Okenwa on Becoming a Barrister

Renowned Current Affairs and political analyst, Comr Martins Chinonso Nwede, has congratulated Comr Okenwa Nnachi Uka (De Senator) for his remarkable academic achievement, as the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Ebonyi State on Internal Security and South-East Coordinator of the APC Youth League prepares to become a certified lawyer.
In a heartfelt congratulatory message issued on 22nd September 2025, Nwede praised Uka’s commitment to his education, even while continuing to serve in significant political roles. Nwede described Uka’s journey from earning his first degree to enrolling in law at Ebonyi State University, Abakaliki, and now preparing for certification as a lawyer, as an inspiring example of perseverance and intellectual growth.
“As a political analyst, I have seen many leaders rise, but your combination of resilience, dedication, and disciplined pursuit of knowledge, all while fulfilling your service to Ebonyi State and our great party, APC, is truly commendable,” Nwede remarked.
Nwede also reminisced about their shared history in the political landscape of Ebonyi State, particularly recalling their efforts during the 2019 elections when the APC was fighting against widespread skepticism and negative portrayals in the region. “In 2019, when the APC faced criticism and was misunderstood in Ebonyi, you remained unwavering. Your focus, loyalty, and forward-looking approach to leadership were vital to the party’s growth and success,” he added.
With gratitude, Nwede acknowledged Uka’s constant support and encouragement throughout their shared political journey. He described Uka as a true leader who has consistently validated his character and leadership style, a sentiment that has created a deep and lasting bond between the two.
As Uka nears the completion of his law degree, Nwede expressed confidence that Uka’s legal expertise would further enhance his service to Ebonyi State, the South-East, and Nigeria.
“I have no doubt that your legal knowledge will be a tremendous asset to the ongoing progress of our state and country,” Nwede concluded, as he celebrated Uka’s transition into the legal profession.
