Commission Educates Corps Members on Consumers Rights

The Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC),represented by Mrs Blessing Rufai delivered a lecture on consumer rights and responsibilities to NYSC Lagos Batch B Stream II Corps Members.
She emphasized the importance of principles for fair treatment and ethical consumption in the marketplace.
The lecture covered key consumer rights, including the right to information, safety, choice, being heard, and seeking redress.
Rufai advised corps members to look out for NAFDAC approval, expiration dates, and manufacturer’s information on products.
She also discussed consumer responsibilities, encouraging informed decision-making and ethical consumption practices.
