Bobrisky Appeals to Burna Boy for Speed Darlington’s Release

Controversial crossdresser Bobrisky has urged Grammy-winning singer Burna Boy to intervene and secure the release of rapper Speed Darlington, who remains in detention despite a court order for his release.
Speed Darlington was arrested after making claims that Burna Boy had an illicit relationship with embattled American music executive Diddy, suggesting that this was part of Burna’s efforts to win a Grammy. His detention has sparked mixed reactions from both fans and critics online.
Bobrisky, who often stays away from Nigerian celebrity drama, took to his Instagram Story to appeal for Darlington’s release. Expressing sympathy for the rapper, Bobrisky emphasized that 45 days in detention was more than enough punishment for his actions.
“I just wanna mind my business this year and stay away from anything that connects with Nigerian celebrities. But my soft heart won’t stop me from thinking of many things,” Bobrisky wrote.
He continued, urging Burna Boy to forgive Speed Darlington, highlighting the harsh conditions of prison. “Pls Burna Boy, forgive Speed. Prison is not a nice place. I don’t think he has money for a VIP section ‘cos it’s expensive,” Bobrisky added.
The appeal adds to the growing calls for Darlington’s release, with many fans hoping Burna Boy will step in to resolve the matter.
