Asiwaju Media Publisher, Alefia Arrested In Lagos

The publisher of Asiwaju Media, Comrade Alefia Friday James, has been arrested in Lagos under unclear circumstances.
A close associate of the publisher, who spoke on condition of anonymity, revealed that the arrest may be linked to an unresolved online dispute between Asiwaju and a federal lawmaker from Ebonyi State, Comrade Chinedu Ogah, which occurred several weeks ago.
According to the source, “There’s a strong suspicion that his (Alefia) arrest is connected to the recent online exchange involving Chinedu Ogah. The timing is just too close to be a coincidence.”
While details surrounding the arrest remain sketchy, and no official statement has been released by the police or Asiwaju Media, there is growing speculation that the dispute may have escalated beyond social media.
As of now, no formal charges have been announced.
