2027: Ebonyi Diaspora Rallies Behind C-Sagas for National Assembly Race

Indigenes of Ikwo, Ezza South, Ezza North, and Ishielu Local Government Areas of Ebonyi State residing in the diaspora have unanimously called on Chief Arch. Dr. Christian Asaga Nwali, Chairman of C-Sagas Group and Founder of the C-Sagas Foundation, to contest in the 2027 National Assembly elections.

The call was contained in a communiqué issued at the end of a stakeholders’ meeting held in Rivers State, where participants stressed the urgent need for purposeful and effective representation at the national level.

“In light of the need for stronger representation at the national level, we unanimously call on His Eminence, Chief Arch. Dr. Christian Asaga Nwali, to contest in the 2027 National Assembly elections,” the communiqué stated.

The group further urged him to consider contesting “either for the Ebonyi Central Senatorial District or the Ikwo/Ezza Federal Constituency,” noting that the appeal reflects a broad consensus among indigenes across different states.

According to the communiqué, the endorsement is rooted in his track record of leadership and community impact. “This call is based on proven capacity, integrity, and visible impact,”the group emphasized.

They highlighted his roles as Chairman of C-Sagas Group and Founder of the C-Sagas Foundation, pointing to sustained interventions in education, human capital development, and economic empowerment as evidence of his readiness for national service.

The communiqué added that Nwali’s leadership style, driven by people-centered initiatives and forward-looking development programs, distinguishes him as a strong candidate capable of addressing the needs of the constituency.

“We believe that his experience and compassion can translate into effective national representation and meaningful development for our people,” the group stated.

Reaffirming their collective position, the indigenes described the resolution as a united call for progress and inclusive governance ahead of the 2027 general elections.
