
Four teams have officially booked their places in the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup quarter-finals.
On Sunday, Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich sealed their progression.
PSG advanced in dominant style, hammering Inter Miami 4-0. The Champions League winners surged ahead with a first-half brace from Joao Neves, followed by a Tomas Aviles own goal and a finish from Achraf Hakimi.
Bayern Munich set up a showdown with PSG after defeating Flamengo 4-2 in the day’s final Round of 16 fixture.
In the other side of the draw, Palmeiras clinched a narrow 1-0 victory over Botafogo to earn a quarter-final meeting with Chelsea.
Chelsea, meanwhile, overcame Benfica 4-1 in a marathon contest delayed for hours due to severe weather conditions.
