The Managing Director of Standard Rank Properties Limited and Real Estate Mogul, Prince Chukwudi Emmanuel Nwafor, has stirred fresh controversy on social media after declaring: “If you trek for me, I will do for you what I did for Comfort of Ibom Air.”
Nwafor’s statement, shared via his Facebook page, is believed to be a reference to his earlier gesture toward Comfort Emmanson, who came into the spotlight following a widely reported altercation involving the airline.
Recall that the real estate developer had, in the wake of the incident, donated a plot of land in Abuja to Emmanson in 2025, a move that attracted widespread commendation from members of the public.
The donation, according to reports by NAIJA NEWS TODAY, was aimed at supporting the young woman after the controversy, with Nwafor also allowing her to choose a preferred location within the Federal Capital Territory.
However, his latest remark has since generated mixed reactions, with some Netizens praising what they described as his continued generosity, while others criticised the tone and conditions attached to the statement.
As of the time of filing this report, the businessman has not issued any further clarification regarding the comment.
