Reno Omokri’s Ex-Wife Tuokpe Onuwaje Calls Him Out Over Year-Long Neglect of Son With Special Needs

Reno Omokri’s ex-wife, Tuokpe Onuwaje, has publicly criticized him for allegedly neglecting their child with special needs for more than a year.

The political commentator recently shared on Facebook that his daughter had accompanied him to the gym. In response, his ex-wife used the post to appeal to him to spend quality time with their son, who she claims has been largely overlooked since June 2024.

She urged Omokri to focus on building genuine relationships with his children instead of using social media for staged moments.

She wrote:

“Reno Omokri, stop showing up just for photo ops—show up for real life. Our son with special needs is waiting for quality time with his dad, not just the fleeting visits you do with his siblings. You haven’t seen nor spent time with your son since June 2024—over a year!

Prioritize meaningful moments over social media validation. Be present, be involved, and be a constant in your children’s lives. Real parenting happens in everyday moments, not staged photos. Put down the camera!”
