Evan Okoro Accuses Husband Of Threatening Her Life After Attempt To End Marriage

Nollywood actress Evan Okoro has accused her husband, Prince Chibuzor Nwachimelueze, of threatening her life following her decision to end their marriage.

The couple had a traditional wedding on April 13, 2025, in Evan’s hometown. In a video shared online, the actress claimed she has been living in fear as a result of her husband’s threats. She revealed that she had filed a petition against him, which led to his appearance at a police station.

Evan stated that despite efforts to resolve their issues, nothing has changed. She noted that her husband never paid her bride price and that her family has been trying to get him to do so.

She also alleged that there has been no intimacy in the marriage, even after several complaints to his family. According to her, the man only married her under the false belief that she was rich because she owned a house before their wedding.

Evan called for help from the public and warned her husband against harming her or her family.
