Katsina Governor Dikko Radda Escapes Unhurt in Road Accident

Governor Dikko Radda of Katsina State was involved in a road accident on Sunday evening while travelling along the Daura–Katsina Road.
The incident occurred shortly after the governor visited the Daura residence of the late former President Muhammadu Buhari, where he received condolence messages from sympathisers following Buhari’s recent passing.
In an official statement on Sunday, the Governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Ibrahim Mohammed, confirmed the incident but assured the public that Governor Radda sustained no serious injuries.
“We are pleased to confirm that the Governor is in good health and stable condition, with no serious injuries sustained,” the statement read.
Mohammed added that the governor “remains in high spirits and expresses his gratitude to Almighty Allah for His protection, as well as Katsina citizens and well-wishers for their prayers and concern.”
